The azaleas are in bloom a little early this year at the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington, D.C., so Sunday a few friends and I went for a walk to enjoy them. Because of the overcast and rain, we pretty much had the Azalea Garden to ourselves! An added bonus was a visit to the Herb Garden, an Ikebana Exhibit (including a Scholar’s Studio), and the Bonsai & Penjing Museum. Click the photo below to view a Flickr slideshow.
